Delivery will usually be within 24-48 hours, but please allow a maximum of 4 days from ordering. If your order is particularly urgent please let us know.
Order before 3pm for produce freshly caught the day after and delivered within 24-48 hours.

Our order and delivery methods a bit different and here’s why…
We believe in getting your produce to you as fresh as possible from The Hebrides; that’s why all our orders are individually placed with the fishermen as we receive them. We will endeavour to get your order down as soon as possible but please allow a maximum of 4 days from ordering.
Here’s how it works: Order is placed online > sent over for catching > Fishermen are on the high seas catching your order > we collect the order > travel down to Glasgow > sent overnight to you

We travel to the mainland from the Hebrides 3 times a week; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Once we are in Glasgow the order will be sent via overnight courier.
Delivery can be made to your own address or an alternative (eg: a gift recipient’s address). The recipient doesn’t have to be in as long as the parcel can be left in a safe place. No signature is required. As the parcels will be too large to go through a letter box if nobody is in to accept delivery a card will be left with details of your local collection office.
Where possible we would advise taking delivery at a business premises where someone will be available throughout working hours, it is also possible to send goods to a neighbour. Please note it is not possible to give multiple alternatives for the delivery address. We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.
Ordering Live Produce
Our live lobsters and langoustines are freshly caught off the West coast of North Uist and are dispatched as lively as possible, however we cannot guarantee they will arrive this way. To enjoy them at their best please use as soon as possible from delivery.
Non-UK Mainland Delivery Charges
Please note our standard delivery charges cover the UK mainland only. Delivery to non-UK mainland destinations is possible. Please enquire if you would like sauces delivered to :

We regret that we are unable to send goods beyond the UK at present. Please GET IN TOUCH if you’d like to discuss getting our products where you live.
Complaints Procedure
It is your responsibility to check your order carefully immediately on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and contact us within 2 working days.
Returns
Credit card authorisation and payment will be taken upon placement of orders.
In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please CONTACT US immediately.
Please do not return goods without contacting us first.
